Day 1

My wife and I bought this home in the Poconos last week. We are taking the plunge and joining the short term rental revolution! It's going to be a long road but think we are up for the adventure - and challenge.

Day 1 was just showing up and realizing that we did indeed by this house - ha! I stayed for most of the day and started making my list of things to do. We'd like to get the place ready for the Spring/Summer rental season. I also spent time measuring every room so we can have an accurate numbers when picking furniture and other items to fill the home.
